What You’ll Do

Leasing of property for warehouse operations, payment of advert subscription to Government.

Acquisition of advert clients/sustainability partners.
​

Manage the planning and execution of procurement and supply chain activities, inventory control, logistics, and distribution, ensuring effectively functioning processes to avoid costly delays and lost opportunities.
​

Manage financial budget of assets and peripherals, including forecasting and monthly reconciliation.
​

Procurement of consumables and spare parts.
​
-
Ensure competitive pricing and the best options from suppliers.
​

Manage and monitor all transactional procurement including purchase processes, evaluation, contract management, legal considerations, payment conditions, performance evaluation, and risk assessment.

Ensuring timely preparation of procurement plans for projects and monitoring their implementation.
​

Negotiate with vendors for optimal pricing and service delivery.
​​

Monitor and analyze contract performance against agreed benchmarks through agreed reporting mechanisms advise projects on potential issues and recommend remedial actions relating to the assets.

Overseeing electricity bill reconciliation and settlement.
​

Procurement and renewal of data for drivers and for IT platform operations, payment of driver licenses, and training.
​

Procurement of driver uniforms, general office and business procurements, supply chain monitoring, and coordination.

Who You are
-
Strong verbal and written skills to support proposal writing, interaction with customers, and presentations at budgets and planning cycles;
​

Demonstrated understanding of the procurement domain, including drafting bills of materials, RFPs, and RFQs.
​

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or a track record in procurement and contracts administration.
​

Experience with intelligent inventory management and tracking.
​

Proven track record of project management and superior administrative capacity to deliver.​
​

Excellent people management skills.
​

Ability to work with minimal direction and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
